Louisette Van Rensburg

Louisette started Head Heart Hands - H3 Solutions (Pty) Ltd (also known as H Cubed - H³) out of a deep belief that true wellness comes from balance between the head, heart, and hands. After witnessing how many people struggled with unhealthy lifestyles, disconnection from their passions, and a lack of practical skills to sustain themselves, she was inspired to create a space where education, health, and organic living meet. H3 Solutions was born to empower individuals to shift their mindset, follow their passion, and gain hands-on skills—helping communities grow stronger, healthier, and more self-reliant through wellness programs and sustainable food practices.
